All dancers' families were emailed specific instructions for the performance day- dress rehearsal and performance. the schedule below is a general guide for the full day. Please refer to your email for specifics.

**ARRIVE WITH MAKEUP AND HAIR DONE PLEASE! PHOTOS ARE TAKEN at dress rehearsal
9:30am
PREBALLET AND KINDERBALLET ALL CASTS- ARRIVE and get into ACT 1 costumes first
10:00am
Dress rehearsal starts for PREBALLET, KINDERBALLET, and Ballet 1 (Teachers, order of rehearsal : mushrooms either cast that’s ready , Ballet 1 Rabbits, mushrooms either cast ready, preballet rabbits, Ballet 1 Roses, Preballet roses, Kinder hedgehogs one then other group last -to give time for cards to show up in costume)
10:15am
either “Alice” available and Ballet 3 Clubs and Spades (Isla, Abigail, Quinn and Olivia F in Hedgehog dance), please arrive and get into costume costume quickly
10:30-11:00am
All Dancers Levels I/II-VI Arrive and get into Act 2 costume
11:00-11:45am
FINALE REHEARSAL W/ BOTH FULL CASTS/ ALL LEVELS (Preballet, Kinderballet and Ballet 1 included)- Pointe dancers on flat
11:00-11:45am
Approximately 12pm Preballet, Kinderballet and Ballet 1 will be dismissed at the check in/out
*** see below for return performance times according to cast***
*******4 Hedgehogs Kinderballet (Hannah, Tori, Colin, Emily Zhong) need to stay approx extra 15 min
12:00-1:15pm
RUN THRU ALICE IN WONDERLAND ACT 2
***** start with croquet game for 4 little hedgehogs involved (get pointe shoes on quickly and most conveniently ) (take small breaks when not called onstage)
1:15-2:45pm
RUN THRU ALICE IN WONDERLAND ACT 1 (Ballet I/II Tea Party first and dismissed at 1:30p);
then start at beginning of ACT 1 RUN THRU - Ballet II-III/IV around 1:45 or 2pm (hour break for Ballet II-III/IV)
2:45-3:00p
ANY BALLET IV - VI REHEARSAL NEEDED
*Ballet IV-VI, it might be best to pack a lunch and dinner or have someone drop off a light dinner after your first performance.
Please plan accordingly for a long theatre day.
